الكهف … نحو الأوسكار
للمرة الثانية يصل فيلم المخرج السوري فراس فياض إلى القائمة القصيرة لأوسكار أفضل فيلم وثائقي، فبعد «آخر الرجال في حلب» (2017)، يعود مع جديده «الكهف» (2019) ليقدم حكاية طبيبة شابة كانت مديرة لواحد من المستشفيات الميدانية في سوريا.
يكشف “الكهف” عن الفساد في نظام التوازن الاجتماعي الجندري في أكثر الاماكن إنسانية، وهو نظام الرعاية الصحية إذ يقول المخرج “حكاية اماني تكشف عن حجم المأساة التي تعيشها النساء في نظام غير عادل، ولكن ايضاً تكشف عن قوة وثبات واصرار واهمية عملها في كافة مجالات الحياة بحيث لن يكون هناك تغير حقيقي الى نظام عادل وديموقراطي ان لم يكن دور المرأة في المقدمة، وليس فقط متوازن مع الرجل. لان حتى فكرة التوازن مع الرجل هي فكرة عشوائية باعتقادي لأنه هناك عقود من الاضطهاد الذي عاشته المرأة.”

مخرج ” الكهف” فراس فياض يقول “أنا سعيد وفخور لأنّ أماني أعطتني الأريحية الكاملة لإنجاز وثيقة عنها، وثيقة عن أول امرأة في تاريخ سوريا تدير مشفى يتعامل مع حالات جدية، حيث استطاعت زيادة عدد العاملات النساء وتزيد مساحة الحرية لهن، ليشكلن نصف الفريق الذي تديره المكوّن من 140 عامل ومتطوع، والذي يقدم الخدمات لما يقارب 400 ألف محاصر في الغوطة من قبل النظام السوري والروسي، بالإضافة لضغوط الجماعات المتطرفة العنيفة، لتتحدى بذلك صورة الابوية المتأصلة في الجذور الشعبية داخل المجتمع والنظام القمعي مثلما تمّ إخفاء صور ملايين النساء الموهوبات في سوريا خلف صور الديكتاتور حافظ الاسد وابنه بشار الأسد.”
ويكمل فراس حديثه” أماني أدارت هذه المشفى بالانتخاب مرتين ولم يحصل تاريخياً على الاقل بما هو معروف ومُسجّل خلال تاريخ سوريا هذه الواقعة المهمة، ولكن هذا شيء مأساوي؛ فحكاية اماني تكشف عن صورة نظام أبوي قمعي لم يعط المجال للمرأة لان تمارس دورها بحرية او يكون هناك توازن في سوريا، لكنها ربما حصلت بفضل الثورة وبفضل وعي كثير من الاشخاص الذين يحيطون بأماني، وايضاً بفضل قوة شخصية اماني وكونها شخص مميز يمكن ان تقابله مرة واحدة في حياتك.”
عمار سليمان أحد مصوري فيلم “الكهف” يقول “إن أبلغ الصعوبات التي واجهوها هي عملهم الدائم بين الأطفال الجرحى، والبقاء في غرفة العمليات يومياً، حيث ذات المشاهد تتكرر وكاميراتنا مستمرة بالتسجيل دون كلل. مالا نستطيع حذفه من ذاكرتنا هو وجوه الأهالي وأطفالهم يصرخون ويبكون. كان ذلك مترافقاً مع الحرج والعجز امامهم، أن أحمل كامرتي وأعجز حتى عن تشغيلها. تصوير المدنيين فكرة صعبة ومؤلمة، بالإضافة إلى أنّ المدنيين أنفسهم بالكثير من الأحيان لا يتقبلون الموضوع.”
ويكمل “عملنا بشكل رئيسي تركّز على الكادر الطبي من النساء، الطبيبتين آلاء والممرضات، أيضاً الطبيب سليم. وهذا في بيئة محافظة ليس سهلاً. تطلّب وقتاً في البداية حتى اعتادوا علينا نحمل الكاميرا ونرافقهم بكل مكان، إلى أن أصبح عادياً يمارسون عملهم دون التفكير بالكاميرا.”
ويؤكد أنّ الدافع الرئيسي لقيامهم بهذه المهمة، هو فكرة الفيلم المبنية على توثيق عمل المرأة السورية في الثورة، داخل مشفى تحت الأرض وبظلّ الحصار والقصف المتواصل، والإجرام الذي تعرضوا له كان مغيباً عن العالم، بالإضافة لثقتهم بالعمل مع فراس فياض، وأنّهم مؤمنين بقدرته على إيصال الحقيقية من خلال الفيلم إلى منصات عالمية.
عندما اشتدت الحملة العسكرية على الغوطة، استهدف الطيران الحربي المنزل الذي يقطنه عمار وفريق التصوير عندما كانوا يتجهزون للذهاب إلى “الكهف”، ومباشرة أٌصيب عمار وبُترت رجله. “كان صعباً جداً أن يتمّ إسعافي حينها، ومع ذلك كنتُ مؤمناً بأن رسالتنا ستصل، سيعرف العالم ما ألمّ بنا.”
يرى عمار ان الكاميرا صارت جزءا من حياته، بالرغم من كل الآلام التي مرّ بها، وأنّه وجد نفسه فيها منذ بداية الثورة السورية، بعد عزوفه عن إكمال دراسته للهندسة في جامعة دمشق، والتحاقه بركب الثورة وتوثيق أحداثها من جوبر أحد أحياء دمشق، إلى أحياء الغوطة الشرقية التي عاشت قهر الحصار والقصف بالكيماوي وشتى أنواع الأسلحة الثقيلة والجوية، إلى أن تمّ تهجيرهم إلى ادلب في ربيع 2018.

الطبيبة أماني بللور من الغوطة الشرقية، تخرجت من كلية الطبّ البشري بجامعة دمشق بنهاية 2012، ورغم أنّها حديثة التخرج، إلاّ أنّها انضمت إلى الأطباء الذين قرروا البقاء مع المدنيين والعمل على علاجهم، عكس الكثيرين الذين هربوا إلى مناطق سيطرة النظام.
ما دفعها لذلك هو الظلم الذي تعرض له أبناء الغوطة، فبلداتها من أوائل المناطق الثائرة، التي تمّ اعتقال شبانها بطرق تعسفية، وفُضّت مظاهراتها بالرصاص الحي، ثم تدريجياً إلى حصار مطبق وإبادة بالقصف، ومجازر استمرت طيلة فترة الحصار، أبرزها مجزرة الكيماوي صيف 2013 التي راح ضحيتها 1400 مدني معظمهم من الأطفال.
اشتغلت أماني في البداية بعلاج الجرحى في المشافي الميدانية. ولكن الأعداد الهائلة يومياً للجرحى شدّت أماني للبقاء والشعور بالمسؤولية تجاههم ” درست لأجلهم لا لأهرب. عدّة أطباء بحاجة لمساعدتي.”
وتؤكد لنا أنّها كانت تدرس بما تملكه من كتب اختصاص طبّ الأطفال، وتتعلم من خبرة الأطباء الموجودين، لتتمكن من إسعاف الأطفال.
انضمت أماني إلى الدكتور سليم نمور، ليقوما بتجهيز نقطة طبية صغيرة، ومعهما ممرضين اثنين أساسيين وبعض المتطوعين. النقطة هي ذاتها مشفى الكهف التي تمّ توسيعه فيما بعد ليحتوي على عدة اختصاصات وعيادات كاملة وقسم كبير للاستشفاء وغرف للعمليات. حيث تمّ دعمه من بعض المنظمات، وانضمّ معهم مجموعة من الأطباء ليشكلوا مجلسا طبيا للمشفى، وقرروا إدارته بانتخاب الأشخاص تعاقب على هذه الإدارة طبيبين قبل الدكتورة أماني.
تروي أماني أنّها كانت تمضي كلّ وقتها في هذه المستشفى، تستقبل الجرحى في مختلف الأوقات، ارتبطت بالمكان ارتباطاً وثيقاً، تعرفها جيداً منذ البداية، وتعرف ما ينقصها، شعرت أنّها تستطيع فعل شيء لتطويرها، بالنسبة لها كان تحصين المستشفى وفتح أنفاق لربط المراكز الطبية تحت الأرض من الأولويات، خاصة وأنّ الطيران الحربي لا يفارق سماء الغوطة. رشحت نفسها لإدارة المجلس الطبي، وانتخبها جميع الأطباء، إلاّ أنّ هذا الأمر واجه نقدا من المجتمع كون البيئة محافظة وضد عمل المرأة. يحددون ما ينبغي أن تعمل به وما لا ينبغي، مثلاً يسمحون بعملها كمُدرّسة أو طبيبة أطفال ضمن عيادة خاصة فقط. أمّا أن تستلم إدارة مشفى، فهذا مرفوض بشكل قطعي. ” أنتِ امرأة، وهذا للرجال فقط.”
كلّ هذا الضغط من المجتمع وحتى بعض الأطباء ضمن عملها، واجهته اماني بصبرها وحكمتها، فاستطاعت تطوير المشفى لتنجح في استقبال عدد كبير من المرضى، ولتصبح فيما بعد مشفى مركزية في المنطقة. الجميع لاحظ بأنّها قدمت خدمة كبيرة جداً، أنطقت الناقدين بالاعتراف بهذا الإنجاز لأماني ونجاح عملها.
ما فعلته هو ما جعل الأطباء ينتخبوها ثانيةً للإدارة، رغم أنها لا تريد التجديد، ولكن إصرارهم وتشجيعهم لها دفعها بالقبول. فهي فتحت أقسام جديدة. رممت وحصنت قسم الاستشفاء الذي تمّ قصفه وتسبب باستشهاد ثلاثة ممرضين من الكادر الطبي قبل خمسة أشهر من استلامها للإدارة. فتحت قسم استشفاء خاص بالأطفال، وجلبت أجهزة تنظير، ليمتلك مشفى الكهف أول جهاز تنظير بولي في تلك الفترة.
المسؤولية رافقت أماني منذ البداية، مذ أن قررت البقاء في الغوطة إلى أن أصبحت مديرة المشفى رغم الانتقادات، شعورها بالتوتر وثقل المسؤولية في صعوبة تأمين المواد بمنطقة محاصرة تحت القصف اليومي، حماية الكادر والمرضى وجميع الناس الذين يأتون إليها. أصوات الناقدين من حولها لم تهدأ ربّما أحبطتها مراراً، خاصة عندما يدخل مريض ويرفض العلاج لأن مديرة المشفى امرأة.
تشعر أماني أنّ الخطوة الأولى التي اتخذتها هي الخطوة الأساس حتى يستطيع بقية الناس اتخاذها، ليصبح ذلك مقبولاً في المجتمع. ترى أنه بعد سنتين من إدارتها للمشفى لم يعد يستهجن محيطها وجودها كمديرة أنثى. تمنحها تضحيتها في سبيل تعبيد الطريق للإناث من حولها وتشجيعهن، الرضا.
عدد الأرامل الكبير في ظروف قاسية في الغوطة، وعملهن لتأمين قوت أبنائهن، جعل آبائهن وإخوانهن يغضوا من أبصارهم عن عملهن لأنهم بالأصل لا يستطيعون مساعدتهن، فتقبلوا الواقع وقدرة النساء على تحمل المشقات والمضي أماماً. وهذا يدلّ على كسر الصورة النمطية، وبداية التغيير الحقيقي في المجتمع.
لأنّ ظلم النساء في الغوطة والبيئات المحافظة من المجتمع هو تراكم سنوات للنظرة الدونية تجاه النساء، محدودة المجالات المسموح لها العمل ضمنها، خاصة الأرامل والمطلقات، فيصل الظلم لمنعها من الكلام داخل الأسرة.. كل هذا جعل النساء أنفسهن يعتقدن أنّ هذا هو الصحيح، حتى لو ضربها زوجها فمعه الحق، والنساء ينتقدن النساء إذا عملن خارج المنزل.
هذه الصورة لم تغيرها أماني في فيلم الكهف وحسب، بل كان الفيلم يرصد جهدها الحقيقي ويعكس دور الثورة في القدرة على التغيير، كون التهميش هو من صلب أفعال السلطة الحاكمة الديكتاتورية في سورية. تعتبر أماني الثورة السورية خطوة عظيمة، كـثورة اجتماعية إضافة لأنها ثورة ضد نظام القمع الاستبدادي. فالثورة برأيها كسرت الحواجز بمشاركة السيدات في المظاهرات منذ البداية، بالدور الفعال لهن داخل وخارج سورية، بالإبداع والنجاح الذي زرعوه أينما يحللن. الثورة كما تقول حطمت الظلم الذي يتعرضن له من السلطة والمجتمع.
تؤمن أماني بدور فيلم الكهف كوثيقة تاريخية إنسانية مهمة، وشاهدا ضد جرائم النظام والروس على القصف المتواصل على المدنيين والمدارس والمشافي، شاهدا على الهجوم الكيمياوي ومختلف أنواع الأسلحة التي استخدمها النظام السوري بإجرامه.
بدأ تصوير الكهف بعد عدة سنوت من الحصار. وتتمنى أماني لو أن التوثيق بدأ من أول يوم في الحصار. رغم ثقتها بدور الإعلام إلا أنّ قبولهم بتصوير الفيلم بشكل كامل داخل المشفى كان صعباً، لأن المشافي كانت هدفا مباشر للقصف من قبل النظام، فالقرار لم يكن هيناً بموافقة الكادر الطبي على السماح للكاميرات ببدء التسجيل.
بعد خروجها مع أهل الغوطة إلى ادلب، عملت أماني ضمن مجالها بالمشافي لفترة محدودة، كان من الصعب عليها الاستمرار كطبيبة أطفال شاهدت الكثير من جثثهم وعاينت العديد من إصاباتهم، منهم مبتور القدم أو اليد.. لم تحتمل العودة لهذا المشهد الدموي. أيضا عدم شعورها بالأمان، بظلّ التهديدات المستمرة لها من قبل النظام. دفعها بالخروج إلى تركيا لتكمل دراستها.
لكنّها غيرت طموحها بإكمال دراسة طب الأطفال، بسبب الضغوطات الهائلة التي حملتها لسنوات، فبات طب الأطفال همّاً نفسياً لها، صور “أطفالها” بوصفها لجميع الأطفال الذين عالجتهم، المصابين بسوء التغذية من شدة الحصار، ومشاهد دمهم، لا تفارق مخيلتها.
تحاول البحث حالياً عن الاستقرار من خلال مشاركتها مع منظمة بلجيكية لتأسيس منظمة الأمل من أجل دعم وتمكين النساء والأطفال، خاصة القائدات والعاملات في المجال الطبي في مناطق النزاع. بالإضافة لمناصرتها القوية لمساعدة ملايين النازحين السوريين بمخيمات الداخل السوري، والملايين الآخرين اللاجئين خارج حدودها.
