مع استهداف النظام السوري وحليفه الروسي للأسواق ومناطق التجمعات الشعبية في مناطق إدلب وريفها، وسقوط العديد من الضحايا نتيجة هذا القصف، تعطل الكثير من أنماط الحياة في تلك المناطق، مما صعب على الناس مهمة الحصول على احتياجاتهم اليومية بأسعار مناسبة، لكن من قلب ذلك الجحيم المخيّم؛ ظهر عدد كبير من الباعة المتجولين الذين قرروا أن يحملوا بضائعهم إلى الأهالي أينما وجدوا؛ سواء في منازلهم أو في مخيماتهم.
إذ يخرج محمود الصالح (٤٥عاماً) صباح كل يوم من معرة النعمان بسيارته؛ مصطحباً ولده الأكبر؛ باتجاه السوق العام لشراء الألبسة بأنواعها، حيث يملأ صندوق السيارة بما يلائم زبائنه، ثم يجوب ببضاعته أحياء المدينة وشوارعها، وفي كثير من الأحيان يخرج إلى الأرياف والقرى القريبة من مدينته؛ باحثاً عن رزقه، وقانعاً بما جناه من أرباح، وعن تجربته هذه يقول الصالح لأنا إنسان: «كنت في السابق أبيع الملابس على بسطة في الأسواق الشعبية، وبعد تزايد القصف واستهداف الأسواق، قررت التنقل بين القرى والمدن لبيع بضائعي، حيث غدت الأسواق العامة لدى الكثيرين من الماضي».
أما إبراهيم مشعان (٣٩عاماً) وهو أحد النازحين من ريف إدلب الشرقي، والقاطن في أحد المخيمات في بلدة معر شمشة، فاختار أن يبيع الخبز على دراجته النارية، حيث يخرج كل يوم «مع خيوط الفجر الأولى إلى الفرن الآلي لأحصل على ما أحتاج من الخبز، وأمضي مسرعاً أجوب الأحياء والشوارع والخيام لأبيعها، وغالباً أبيع كل ما لدي بسبب الطلب المتزايد من الأهالي، وبالتالي أستطيع تحصيل لقمة العيش لأبنائي التي باتت في هذه الأيام صعبة المنال».
ولا يختلف الحال كثيراً لدى الشاب علي الزيدان (٢٥عاماً) من مدينة كفرنبل الذي توفي والده إثر قصف لطائرات النظام على المدينة، فأصبح هو المعيل لأمه وإخوته الصغار، فاضطر لترك دراسته حينها، وكونه لا يملك وسيلة نقل، فراح يعمل على عربة متجولة يجوب بها أحياء المدينة، وقال: «بسبب قلة فرص العمل، ومرارة الحاجة، لجأت لمزاولة هذا العمل، فأنا أبيع منتجات موسمية، ففي فصل الشتاء أبيع أمام أبواب المدارس للطلاب الفول النابت، والسحلب الذي تعده أمي، وفي الصيف أبيع الخضار أو الفواكه التي أشتريها من سوق الهال بسعر الجملة لتأمين متطلبات العائلة»، ويضيف الزيدان بشيء من الرضا والقناعة: «الحاجة أحياناً تدفعك لمزاولة أي مهنة لكسب لقمة العيش، فأي عمل خير من التسول وطلب المساعدة من الآخرين».
العمل لم يقتصر على الكبار إنما للشباب الصغار مساهمات في دعم عائلاتهم، حيث يحمل الشاب هشام الشعبان (١٣عاماً) من بلدة “كفروما” فيحمل بعد عودته من المدرسة كل يوم كيساً مليئاً بأنواع مختلفة من المنظفات، ويجوب بها الشوارع متنقلاً بين البيوت والحارات عله يبيع بعضاً منها، ويساعد والده في سد مصروف البيت في ظل الغلاء الفاحش.
ويؤكد محمد الحسين (٤٦عاماً) أحد تجار المواد الغذائية بالجملة في مدينة “إدلب” لأنا إنسان بأن معظم زبائنه هم من أصحاب الأسواق المتجولة، لأن حركة البيع والشراء داخل الأسواق باتت ضعيفة جداً، وأن معظم التجار يشكون من كساد بضائعهم، حيث تراجع البيع في الآونة الأخيرة بنسبة كبيرة، لذلك وجد بعضهم في الأسواق المتنقلة فرصة لتصريف بضائعهم، فالخبز والخضار والفاكهة، وحتى الملابس والمنظفات باتت تصل إلى المنازل.
وعن صعوبة هذه المهنة ومخاطرها؛ يحدثنا “سهيل النادر” (٤٤عاماً) عضو مجلس محلي من ريف إدلب قائلاً: «لا تقتصر مصاعب هذه المهنة التي باتت عملاً يمارسه مئات الأشخاص على قلة مردود بيعهم، إلا أنها تجاوزت ذلك لتكون من أخطر المهن المنتشرة في مناطق المعارضة التي لا تسلم من القصف والفلتان الأمني والتفجيرات المتكررة، إذ يقف هؤلاء الأشخاص في الساحات والأسواق التي تظل دائماً عرضة للقصف، وكأنهم يصارعون الموت لتأمين لقمة صغارهم»، وأكد النادر أن ظاهرة الباعة الجوالين كان أكثر من امتهنها هم من الأطفال أو المسنين الذين أجبرتهم قلة فرص العمل أو غياب المعيل على مزاولتها، فهي لا تحتاج إلى رأس مال كبير، وكل ما تحتاجه سيارة أو تصميم عربة بثلاث أو أربع عجلات.
ووسط غياب للحلول المستقبلية، يبقى أهالي محافظة إدلب عرضة للموت والجوع، وأطفالهم بلا أدنى مقومات للحياة، وأحلامهم بالسلام والأمن تختصرها عربة خشبية تمشي على مهلها وسط الحفر والغبار، والمنعطفات المجهولة.
